The annual SEMA Show is rapidly approaching, and as such, the world's top custom car builders are putting the final touches on their latest and greatest creations in the hopes of standing out among the rarified rides occupying the Las Vegas Convention Center. Naturally, Ringbrothers will be among those attending, and this year, the Wisconsin-based shop has two GM-based builds in tow. Among them is a fully bespoke 1987 Buick Grand National dubbed INVADR.

For those readers who may be unaware, Ringbrothers is no stranger to stealing the SEMA spotlight. The shop has a long list of accolades and top-shelf builds on its resume - for example, just last year, Ringbrothers unveiled RASKAL, a 1972 Chevy Blazer powered by the 6.2L V8 LS3 engine and sporting nearly 3,000 hours of custom work. The year before that, Ringbrothers took home the 2022 SEMA Battle of the Builders award for its 1948 Chevy Loadmaster, nicknamed ENYO, boasting a staggering 10,000 build hours.

Now, Ringbrothers is headed back to Vegas with "INVADR," a reimagined 1987 Buick Grand National powered by a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V6 tuned to produce an impressive 1,246 horsepower. Although the shop has yet to officially debut the build, the Ringbrothers says that INVADR is decked out "ample custom touches" that help to enhance "the G-Body's imposing silhouette." Look for "INVADR" at the Gentex booth, officially dropping cover on November 5 at 1 p.m.

Joining the new Buick build will by another Ringbrothers creation, namely a custom 1972 Chevy Blazer nicknamed "TUKA." Ringbrothers says this particular Blazer incorporates "modern conveience and ample technology in a truly on-off machine," with every panel customized and a long list of bespoke components. "TUKA" will get its big reveal at the Gentex booth alongside "INVADR."

Finally, Ringbrothers will unveil a third custom build this year, specifically a 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda nicknamed "INFECTED," featuring an 807-horsepower Hellcat Redeye powerplant, extended wheelbase, and more.

The three vehicles represent more than 15,000 combined build hours, with the 1987 Buick Grand National "INVADR" billed as Ringbrothers' highlight of the show. As always, keep it locked on GM Authority for all the custom General Motors goodness expected to roll out from the annual SEMA celebration.
