Shedeur Sanders has been one of the most talked about players in the 2025 NFL draft for weeks. With under a month remaining until the draft arrives, no one has a clue where the Colorado Buffaloes' star quarterback will end up.
There are quite a few teams around the league who could take him. He's still believed to be a likely top-three pick, with the Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns, and New York Giants all among the rumored teams who have been interested in him.
With that in mind, Deion Sanders has spoken out about where his son could land.
In a new appearance on "The Skip Bayless Show," Sanders cleared the air about his son's preferred destination in the draft.
Sanders knows where his son's heart lies, but he also would be happy to his son go to a handful of different teams. He simply wants his son land in a place that makes him happy.
He name-dropped the Titans, Browns, Giants, Las Vegas Raiders, and New Orleans Saints.
"I know where his heart is. I know where he wants to go," Sanders said.
Wherever the younger Sanders ends up, he will have a chance to become a superstar NFL quarterback. The tools are there for him to be a very special player.
Now that his college career has come to an end, Sanders will head off to playing on Sunday's after throwing for 14,347 yards, 134 touchdowns, 27 interceptions, and recording a 70.1% completion rate in 50 total games played.
It won't be much longer until Sanders finds out who gives him the chance. The 2025 draft will begin with the first round on April 24.
