The senior quarterback completed 15 of 29 passes for 203 yards and two touchdown passes in a 14-13 overtime win over Warren Hills on Friday night. Allen completed a three-yard touchdown pass to Caden Gabriele in the second quarter and found Michael MacAniff for a 25-yard touchdown pass in overtime to set up the game-winning extra point. Allen also rushed 12 times for 55 yards.
The senior defensive lineman has seven tackles, a sack and an interception returned for a touchdown in a 49-0 win over Roxbury on Friday night. Ashburn also had a two-yard touchdown run in the second quarter before his 27-yard interception returned for a score.
The senior running back had 22 carries for 186 yards and a rushing touchdown in a 35-28 win over Morristown on Saturday afternoon. Brickner had a four-yard touchdown run in the second quarter and has rushed for at least 100 yards in five of his last six games for the undefeated Golden Eagles.
The senior running back had a season-high 31 carries for 178 yards and two rushing touchdowns in a 28-0 win over Montville on Friday night. Capuzzi had three-yard touchdown runs in the first and fourth quarters as Mendham won its seventh straight win to take the SFC Liberty Blue division title.
The senior wide receiver caught six passes for 128 yards and a touchdown as Butler reached the NJIC final with a 28-13 win over Becton in Friday's conference semifinal. Coffey caught a 45-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter to extend the lead. Coffey was also 4-for-4 with extra points for the undefeated Bulldogs.
The freshman running back rushed eight times for 132 yards and a touchdown in a 26-6 win over Kittatinny on Saturday. Cotter's 52-yard touchdown run in the second quarter gave the Braves a 19-0 halftime lead. Cotter also had 10 tackles on defense, forced a fumble and also recovered a fumble in the victory.
The senior running back had 19 carries for 205 yards and a touchdown run as the Marauders fell short in a 28-27 loss to Wayne Valley on Friday. Cumming's three-yard touchdown run in the second quarter helped erase a 21-7 deficit. It's the fourth game with at least 100 rush yards and a touchdown for Cumming.
The senior running back carried the ball 21 times for 71 yards and a touchdown in a 35-28 loss to Morris Knolls on Saturday afternoon. Donagan blocked a punt near the end zone and returned it for a touchdown in the second quarter and followed it with a one-yard touchdown run to build a 21-14 lead for the Colonials.
The junior running back had 40 carries for 351 yards and five rushing touchdowns as the Patriots ran past Hackettstown in a 53-32 win on Friday. Giusti had a rushing touchdown in all four quarters, including a pair of scores in the second quarter from 11 and 21 yards. Giusti also had eight tackles on defense, including a forced fumble and an interception.
The junior quarterback completed 17 of his 27 passes for 302 yards and five passing touchdowns in a 42-14 win over West Milford on Friday night. Hoover completed a touchdown pass to Brady Shagawat in the first quarter, as well as a pair of passing touchdowns to Christian Brevig in the first half. Touchdown passes to Stone Herbison and Anthony Settembre in the second half extended the lead for the Spartans.
The junior wide receiver caught a pair of passes in the first quarter for 115 yards and two touchdowns in a 22-21 loss to West Essex on Friday night. Iannacone caught a 69-yard touchdown pass from Jack Kovacs on a trick play on the first play from scrimmage and then caught a 46-yard touchdown pass from Joey Borrello later in the quarter.
The junior linebacker led the Dodgers with 12 tackles and hauled in an interception in a 21-14 win over Pequannock on Friday night. Melvin and the Madison defense stopped the Pequannock offense and fueled Madison scoring the final 15 points of the game in the upset.
The senior linebacker had 10 tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery returned for a touchdown in a 6-0 win over Parsippany Hills on Saturday. Rex's fumble recovery returned for a score accounted for the only points of the game and gave the Scarlet Knights their first win of the season.
