The new research features are connected to CoCounsel. The first, Mischaracterization, detects omissions or mischaracterizations in legal briefs that are uploaded to WestLaw Precision with CoCounsel. The second, AI Jurisdictional Surveys on Westlaw Precision with CoCounsel, allows users to perform U.S. state survey research faster by providing them with relevant statue language for questions concerning each U.S. jurisdiction.
