Authorities arrested him on a material witness warrant over a 2015 shooting and kept him in custody despite him reportedly going in and out of the hospital ten times over four months due to his serious medical condition. His lawyer appeared in court today (Monday, September 16) to plead for QZ's release due to this illness, claiming that he will die if he remains in Fulton County. The judge posited that QZ is back at Grady Hospital, and the attorney said that he wasn't aware of this development.
