Linda Sue Holmes, 68, of Grinnell, died on Friday, October 4, 2024, at UnityPoint Health - Marshalltown Hospital.

Linda was born on December 5, 1955, in Wisconsin. She was raised in Muscatine, IA, and attended Muscatine High School. She enjoyed crocheting and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and Station Clubhouse in Grinnell.

Linda is survived by her children: Collette Benson, of Marion, IA, and Matthew Hirt, of Waterloo, IA; grandchildren: Elijah, MaryAnn, and Ethan John Weis, and McGwire and Gabriella Hirt. She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, Calvin Andrew Weis.
