KROGER has confirmed that its website and mobile application are down as customers cry out for assistance.
The retailer noted the "unexpected outage" online, with shoppers unable to place mobile or online grocery orders.
"We're currently experiencing intermittent site availability," Kroger wrote in a notification.
"We're quickly working to address this issue."
Kroger added that it apologized "for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience."
The tech outage is also affecting companies that are part of the Kroger family, including Fred Meyer and Ralph's, per Cincinnati Fox affiliate WXIX.
Several shoppers have rushed to X, formerly Twitter, to contact Kroger about the ongoing issue.
Many claimed they were confronted with an error page when trying to reach the website.
Others said they were faced with a message on the mobile app that noted "an unknown error occurred."
