GMA Consulting, a Denver-based gaming and hospitality sector consultancy, has hired Greg Roselli as a senior advisor.

Based in New York, Roselli is a gaming, lodging, and leisure industry finance professional with nearly two decades of experience in research, investing, capital raising, and advisory.

Roselli has for the past year been running his independent consultancy, which provides corporate and investor clients in gaming, lodging, and leisure with support in financing and capital markets solutions, balance sheet engineering, debt and equity due diligence, M&A, and strategic consulting.

Before that, Roselli spent 10 years at hedge fund Chatham Asset Management, where he was a senior analyst overseeing a portfolio of gaming and hospitality debt, equity, and private credit.

Earlier in his career, he was a senior credit analyst in UBS' fixed income desk. Roselli began his career at Bank of America, where he was an associate in the high-yield research team for gaming, lodging, and leisure.

He has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
