Rose Hall, formerly with Axa XL, has founded RH Business Ventures LLC, a risk advisory business based in Irvine, California.

The company will provide guidance to technology startups, insurers, brokers, and enterprises, including Fortune 500 and top 400 construction companies, helping them develop innovative risk management strategies.

"Supply chain risk is a big problem for contractors right now, for example. It costs them money and delays projects," Ms. Hall said in an interview with Business Insurance. RH Business Ventures will help startups refine their go-to-market strategy and navigate partnerships with enterprises and insurers, she said.
