The University of West Florida football team will honor its seniors as it hosts North Greenville University on Saturday for Senior Day. The game is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. at PenAir Field, as the Argos look to keep their Division II playoffs hope alive.
UWF is also looking to keep its win streak intact, currently victorious in their last five contests - including last week's record-breaking 70-0 win at Erskine College, where Tony Bartalo threw for six touchdowns (just the third time a quarterback has done that in UWF history).
The Argos (6-2), currently ranked No. 17 in the American Football Coaches Association Division II Coaches Poll, are 5-0 all-time against the Trailblazers, dating back to 2018. UWF defeated North Greenville on the road last season, 48-24, in a game where the Argos showed their offensive firepower, putting up over 600 yards of offense.
