Jake Elliott, Philadelphia Eagles - Fantasy Football Outlook
Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott will face off against the 2-6 Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 9. The 29-year-old hitting all three of his field goals with two being from 40-plus yards away and connecting on all four of his extra-point attempts.
The Philadelphia offense has started to click over the past three weeks and it has put the veteran kicker back on the streaming radar. Elliott can be seen as a boom or bust option in Week 9, as the Eagles should be in scoring position often, but if they find the end zone at a high rate we may not see many field goal opportunities.

Cameron Dicker, Los Angeles Chargers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Los Angeles Chargers kicker Cameron Dicker is a solid and reliable option in Week 9 fantasy lineups as the Chargers hit the road to take on the Cleveland Browns. Dicker has two top-six fantasy kicker finishes in the past three weeks, and he's continued with the consistency he showed in his rookie season.
This year, he's missed just one field goal and two extra points through a total of 26 made kicks. With a Cleveland defense that is decent at best and a Chargers offense that appears to be on the upswing, Dicker could see several chances to score points this weekend and should be a solid top-10 option at the position.

Brandon McManus, Green Bay Packers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Green Bay Packers kicker Brandon McManus looks to keep his run of perfection going as the Packers host the Detroit Lions in Week 9. McManus has been perfect on all of his kicks this season, whether it be field goals or extra point attempts. He's been a perfect 4-for-4 on field goal attempts and a pristine 6-for-6 on extra points and in both games, has kicked the game-winning field goal, so pressure-packed situations aren't fazing McManus.
After a rough early season for former Packers kicker Brayden Narveson that led to his exit, McManus has provided the Packers with stability and dependability. The offensive environment for Week 9's matchup against the Lions should be ripe with offensive opportunity, so consider McManus a solid fantasy kicker in the team's matchup against the Lions.
