ALLIANCE, Ohio (WOIO) - Alliance Police officers responded to a suspected drunk driving crash Saturday night, according to a post on social media.

In a post on Facebook Alliance Police Department reported that officers had responded to a drunk driving crash around 10:45 p.m. on East State Street.

The post said the crash happened in front of the hospital.

Photos posted to Facebook showed officers responding to a vehicle with heavy damage and closing down the street.

A post on the police department's Instagram played both the 911 call and a responding officer's body camera footage.

The video shows the officer questioning the driver right after the crash.

The officer asked, "What happened?"

The driver responded, "I was drinking and driving, I'll be honest."

According to the video, the driver was coming from Taco Bell.

Alliance Police said in the video that the driver was charged with OVI and luckily, was okay.
