CJ Perry has not been part of the WWE family for several years after the company released her as part of the COVID-19 budget cuts. Even then, she has many people in WWE with whom she has a good relationship and that includes Damian Priest. There were rumor that Perry and Priest were dating a while ago, and now Perry has finally set the record straight on such rumors.

In case you had no idea, Perry and Priest were seen in several videos and photos together, especially when Perry visited Puerto Rico during WWE's Backlash event in 2023. This led to online speculation and rumors suggesting they were dating and neither of them directly addressed the rumors either.

CJ Perry responded to fan questions on Instagram and this included the rumors of her dating Damian Priest. Perry dismissed the rumors, clarifying that she is not dating Priest and calling it a funny internet rumor. She mentioned that her guy friends found the situation amusing, as she even received messages asking if Priest was her new boyfriend. Perry made it clear that she simply has male friends.

"No, I'm not dating Damian Priest. That is very much -- that was a funny internet rumor. It's always really funny for me is if I post a guy....it's like [shocked face] All my guy friends were cracking up and all the DMS are like 'Is that your new boyfriend?' Guys, I have guy friends. Let's calm down."

As for CJ Perry's current personal life, she and Miro had separated after seven years of marriage and at the moment, her dating life remains a mystery but fans are glad that she decided to clear the air on the rumor regarding Damian Priest.
