Eastside and Nike Want You to Know that Golf Is "Everyone's Game"

To put it simply, Eastside Golf's collaborations with Jordan Brand never disappoint. Although the first of those, the Eastside x Air Jordan 4 G, remains the most highly coveted, subsequent "Red Clay" and "1961" satisfied fans who admire the brand's penchant for storytelling. Surprisingly though, the lifestyle golf label founded in 2019 has yet to apply its Swingman logo to Nike's stable of golf footwear. That is until now.

Dubbed "Everyone's Game," the collection aims to highlight Eastside Golf's mission to introduce the sport to new audiences while celebrating a key year in the brand's development. In the last 12 months, Eastside gave back to HBCU golf, introduced a first women's collection and showed off a standout booth at the PGA trade show. The limited edition footwear range with Nike, which includes the Air Max 1 G and Air Zoom Victory Tour 3, looks to wrap these narratives into one. A set of three double-sided removable Nike swooshes accompanies each pair, suggesting Eastside's motto to "Be Authentic" to one's self. Two of them honor HBCUs Morehouse and Spelman College, while a mirrored Swoosh is said to "reflect how you see yourself in the game." You can check out all the variations in the gallery below.

With primarily white leather uppers interrupted with tasteful gold accents, another highlight of the pairs are their translucent outsoles. Both reveal a key Eastside thematic element, the signature Swingman teeing off with a gold chain around his neck against a colorful background. In addition to the collection, which includes not just Nike footwear but also apparel and accessories, the brand is set to host a pop-up in the heart of New York City from September 13-15 and an invitational tournament at Liberty National Golf Club on the 16th.
