FARGO -- Each week prior to a North Dakota State University football game, artist Troy Becker of The Forum designs an illustration to represent the next game.

An award-winning journalist and artist, Becker has been designing cover illustrations for Bison Game Day since 2015. For the 2024 season, award-winning designer Michael Smith handled the layout.

Over the years, the Game Day cover illustrations have been popular with newspaper readers. Take a look back at this past season, culminating with an illustration commemorating NDSU's 35-32 win over Montana State in the FCS title game in Frisco, Texas.
