The third annual multi-ethnic Golden Harvest Parade starts at 11:30 a.m. Saturday along Capitol Mall in downtown Sacramento. Afterward, there will be a vendor fair, live performances and an artwork contest at the West Field of the State Capitol building. Free admission. Learn more.

CLARA's Skele-bration

There will be candy, games and activities from 1-4 p.m. Saturday at Howe Community Park in Sacramento. The event is organized by the Fulton-El Camino Recreation & Park District. Learn more.
This Stockton Black Expo this year will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the signing of the 1964 Civil Rights Act by hosting an awards gala. There will also be a job fair, informational booths, live entertainment, a car show and more. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds in Stockton. Free admission. Annual Monster Mash Halloween Bash
The eighth annual Monster Mash Halloween Bash runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Pixie Woods Amusement Park in Stockton. There will be a magic show, treat bags, music, a carousel ride, a photo booth and a pumpkin giveaway. Tickets are $6. Kids ages 2-12 dressed in a costume get in free. Learn more.
