Olivia Dunne is reminding fans of the reality of gymnastics in a TikTok video showing her sweat-drenched. The LSU gymnast, 21, updated her account four days ago with a car-set selfie, showing off her post-workout glow as she told her 8 million followers that her sport has "the hardest conditioning."

Olivia, who this summer confirmed a fifth year at LSU, went makeup-free as she wore a tank top while dripping in sweat. While she opted out of showing her impressive flexibility, fans more than got the message. The 2024 ESPYs face also gained over 100,000 likes for her share. As of 2021, Olivia is the most-followed NCAA athlete on social media and also boasts north of 5 million followers on Instagram. Shop Olivia's Vuori Clothing workout gear below!

Looking flushed from her training session and with beads of sweat all over her skin, Olivia proved it's no pain, no gain as she filmed herself from red leather car seats.

Low-key flaunting her fit figure in a scoop-neck tank top in gray marl, the blonde highlighted her toned shoulders as she struck cute poses. Even sticking out her tongue, the Vuori Clothing partner wore her light hair tied back in a low ponytail, also showing off her freckles.

Adding gold hoop earrings to match a necklace, Olivia kept her glam very low-key, showing off her natural beauty as text in the video read: "Gymnastics has the hardest conditioning. Can't convince me otherwise."

Meanwhile, a caption read: "The girlies that get it, get it." Agreeing, one fan replied: "100000% out of any sport I've done gymnastics conditioning was the WORST."

Olivia may come with a celebrity status and endorsement deals now earning her seven figures, but the star hasn't given up on her OG love of gymnastics. Ushering in the holiday season last December on Instagram, Olivia showed off her perfect side split from a beam, showing off her incredible silhouette in a skintight leotard.

In a caption giving a nod to the holidays, she wrote: "Season's greetings." The post has now netted Olivia over 500,000 likes, including a celebrity one from former pro golfer Paige Spiranac. The duo made headlines earlier this summer for twinning in black dresses as they attended a bash thrown by Sports Illustrated Swim.

Olivia made her SI Swim debut in 2023, then returning for round two as the magazine flew her out to Portugal for her 2024 shoot.
