Kevin Durant's already in midseason form, at least as far as his social media game is concerned.
One of the most infamous high-profile posters in the history of social media, Kevin Durant hopped onto X, formerly Twitter, on Monday morning to call out all the "dummies" who think they have "high IQ."
"Sometimes I wake up and look at @TheNBACentel comments just to truly see how many dummies come online thinking that they have high IQ. Good morning," Durant tweeted.
@TheNBACentel is a parody account that posts fake news stories, often fooling the media-illiterate among us.
Durant was also happily active in his mentions, responding to a comment saying "I must've made this dude mad 8 years ago and he's still in his feelings. The NBA season is upon us."
KD, who added another Olympic Gold Medal to his future Hall of Fame trophy cabinet over the summer with Team USA, is heading into his 17th season in the NBA and his second full season with the Phoenix Suns.
Considered one of, if not the most lethal scorer in the history of the sport, the former Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors and Brooklyn Nets forward has career averages of 27.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game.
