GREENVILLE -- The Crawford Christian Academy soccer team lost to Greenville 3-1 on Saturday.
Bryce Flint scored the team's lone goal in the second half.
"We started well. We created several good scoring chances in the first 20 minutes. Greenville scored twice in an 8-10 minute spell late in the first half to take the lead," Crawford Christian Academy head coach Steven Mattocks said. "We competed well against a much-bigger school. Again, it was our mistakes that the Trojans capitalized on to earn the victory."
Crawford Christian Academy is 8-4-2 and will play Washington County Home School today at Slippery Rock Baptist Camp.
