Biden took to the Oval Office Wednesday night to deliver a farewell address to the nation in which he sounded the alarm about "a dangerous concentration of power in the hands of a very few ultra-wealthy people, and the dangerous consequences if their abuse of power is left unchecked."

He said that "an oligarchy is taking shape in America of extreme wealth, power, and influence that literally threatens our entire democracy."

On a special edition of MSNBC's All In with Chris Hayes, Maddow was joined by fellow hosts Chris Hayes, Alex Wagner, Jen Psaki, and Joy Reid for analysis and reaction to Biden's speech.
