Tropical Storm Francine's eyewall has started to form as it churns in the Gulf of Mexico. The storm is expected to make landfall as a hurricane in Louisiana on Wednesday. New satellite images show the eyewall begin to get more defined. Watch the video above to watch as it forms. The National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Francine has gained strength Monday afternoon, with winds now up to 60 mph. Its minimum central pressure is 996 mb, and the storm is moving northwest at 5 mph.
