A missile strike flattened a building in Beirut on October 22 as a crowd of onlookers watched.
Footage posted online shows the weapon hitting the base of the multistory building, before it comes crashing down in the Tayouneh neighborhood.
The building was located next to Horsh Beirut, a central urban park.
According to state-run news agency NNA, the Israeli strike "completely destroyed" the building.
Local reports indicated that "dozens" were affected by the strike.
