The Village of Libertyville will receive sealed proposals for the following improvements at the Village of Libertyville Public Works Administration/Engineering office, 200 E. Cook Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048 until 10:00 A.M. on November 21, 2024: Sanitary and Storm Sewer Cleaning and Televising. Proposals will be publicly read aloud after 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 21, 2024. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the proposals for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. All proposals shall be sealed in an envelope addressed to the Village of Libertyville, attention Director of Public Works. The name and address of the bidder and the name of the project shall also appear on the outside of the envelope. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Engineer. The Bid Documents, including specifications, are on file at the office of the Engineer, Robinson Engineering, Ltd., phone: (847) 250-5635, email: [email protected], and may be obtained electronically via email upon review of prequalification information. The bid documents will be issued until 3:30 PM on November 20th, 2024. A certified check/bank draft drawn on a solvent bank, cashier’s check or bid bond, payable without condition to the Village of Libertyville in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal, as a guarantee that, if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and the performance of the contract is properly secured.
