FBI seeks Tulsa man impersonating a Federal Agent

TULSA, Okla. (KFOR) - The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) is looking to identify individuals who came in contact with a man allegedly impersonating a Federal Agent.

Authorities say a search warrant was served in Bixby last week following reports Michael Williams was impersonating a Federal Agent. Authorities say the search resulted in multiple firearms, ballistic armor, and law enforcement paraphernalia in his home.

Police also say, Williams' vehicle had an emergency light bar on the dashboard, a CB radio and a PA system in his Jeep.

A FBI investigation was opened into Michael Williams on Sept. 26, after the Bixby Police Department responded to Bixby East Elementary for reports of a man impersonating a federal agent. Officers learned Williams is a convicted felon with charges stemming from robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon, says FBI officials.

The FBI is asking anyone who could provide helpful information in this case to contact the Tulsa FBI office at 918-664-3300.
