BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) - The Brown County Sheriff's Office has issued a countywide tow ban due to hazardous driving conditions caused by the winter storm warning.

Under the tow ban, stalled or wrecked vehicles cannot be towed until conditions improve, ensuring safety for both drivers and tow operators.

The Sheriff's Office announced that updates on the tow ban will be provided via the Brown County Public Safety Communications Facebook page.

Drivers are urged to exercise caution and avoid unnecessary travel during the storm.
